AK has more than two decades leading high-impact Go-to-Market operations, sales strategy, and enablement for fast-growth and enterprise organizations. He has transformational change across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success by implementing modern AI-powered tools, predictive analytics, and modern performance frameworks that deliver measurable business outcomes. With deep understanding of frontline execution, built on 7 years of successful quota-carrying sales experience, operations leadership roles have leveraged real-world insights with organizations like; Amazon Web Services (AWS), RingCentral, Bazaarvoice, Oracle, and Riverbed Technology. This leader built and scaled revenue teams, introduced data-driven planning processes, and led GTM transformations that enabled consistent top-line growth, which he leverages to align cross-functional strategy with practical execution and impact.

This executive is an active member of Pavilion, co-leads the RevOps Council within the Go-to-Market Leader Society, and has served on the Salesforce Customer Success Cloud Advisory Board. He holds a B.S. in Journalism and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
